Petitioners are in custody in connection with Excise Case No. 765 of 2019 & P.S. Durgawati, arising out of P.R. No.28 of 2019-20 for the offence under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 15.10.2019.

In the instant case total 21.600 liters of foreign liquor was seized.

Considering the fact that petitioners have no criminal

No.2062 of 2020(3) dt.29-01-2020 2/2 antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners, let the petitioners, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/ (Twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-III-cum Special Judge, Excise Act, Kaimur at Bhabhua, in connection with a case arising out of P.R. No. 28 of 2019-20 and Excise Case No. 765 of 2019. (Anil Kumar Upadhyay, J) Ravi/- U T
