BAJANTHRI) Date : 23-06-2025 In the present LPA, appellant has assailed the order of the learned Single Judge dated 22.10.2019 passed in CWJC No. 17543 of 2019. It is necessary to reproduce the order of the learned Single Judge dated 22.10.2019 and it reads as under:- "The petitioner shall be at liberty to file English version of the writ application in the light of Full Bench decision in the case of Krishna Yadav vs. State of Bihar & Ors., reported in 2019(2) PLJR 809(F.B) within three weeks.
List this case on 19.11.2019."
2. The learned Single Judge has given liberty to file English version of the writ application in the light of Full Bench
Patna High Court L.P.A No.1488 of 2019 dt.23-06-2025 2/2 decision within three weeks.
3. There are no grounds to interfere with the aforementioned order. Accordingly, LPA stands dismissed with cost of Rs. 3000/-.
