2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 127(2), 115(2), 117(2),74, 303(2), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. Allegation against petitioner is that he along with other co-accused persons assaulted the informant and her family members and also threatened to kill her with a pistol.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both parties are co-villagers and due to petty dispute, Maarpit took place, in which both sides sustained injuries. Case and counter case. The injury sustained by the informant is simple in nature. There is absolutely no allegation of overt act against this petitioner.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Jamo Bazar P.S. Case No. 326 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
