2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Srinagar Pujaha P.S. Case No. 11 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, the petitioner came to the shop of the informant and asked for oil and when the informant said that the oil is not available, the petitioner started abusing her and outraged her modesty.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated. He is a person of clean antecedent. As a matter of fact, the husband of the informant had taken loan from the petitioner and when he demanded

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, West Champaran (Bettiah) in connection with Srinagar Pujaha P.S. Case No. 11 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
