The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with CIII-203 of 2019 for the offence registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The allegation is regarding recovery of certain quantities of illicit liquor from the motorcycle of the petitioner when he was intercepted by the Police and search was made. A bare perusal of the present petition shows that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case, he is accused in one other case but he is on bail in the said case and he is stated to be languishing in custody since 21.08.2019.
