2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 354, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner no. 1 is alleged to have assaulted on the head of informant with lathi and petitioner no. 2 assaulted on the leg of informant. The injury caused by petitioner no. 1 is simple, whereas injury caused by petitioner no. 2 is grievous in nature.
4. Considering the fact that injury caused by petitioner no. 2 namely Satyanand Gond is grievous in nature, his prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.

However, since injury caused by petitioner no. 1 namely Jitendra Kumar @ Jitendra Gond is simple in nature, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, he is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram, Rohtas in connection with Sasaram (M) P.S. Case No. 241 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
