No. 17670 of 2017, hence the present case be disposed off in light of the aforesaid judgment. In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, not controverted by the learned counsel for the respondents, the respondent no.5 is directed to examine the case of the petitioner in light of the aforesaid judgment dated 17.07.2018 and in case it is found that the case of the petitioner is

Patna High Court CWJC No.15865 of 2018 (2) dt.10-10-2018 2/2 covered by the said judgment, the respondent no. 5 shall restore absorption of the petitioner and grant consequential benefits. The entire exercise is required to be completed within a period of four months from today.
