2. This is a third anticipatory bail petition. Earlier, the petitions, filed for grant of anticipatory bail on behalf of petitioner, stood withdrawn and dismissed for default, vide orders dated 30.09.2022 and 23.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 41484 of 2022 and Cr. Misc. No. 74276 of 2023 respectively.

3. This application does not reveal any change of circumstances or new ground and petitioner has got three criminal antecedents out of which one antecedent is of similar nature.

4. In view of the recent judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of G.R. Ananda Babu Vs. State of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.87988 of 2024(2) dt.31-01-2025 2/2 Tamil Nadu and Anrs reported in 2021 SCC OnLine SC 176, instant anticipatory bail application on behalf of the petitioner is not maintainable. It is, accordingly, dismissed. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
