JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-06-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State via video conferencing. By way of the present application, the petitioner has sought for pre-arrest bail in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No.345 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 382 read with 34 and 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering that the petitioner is a named accused in a case which has been registered inter alia under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code with allegation that he along with 6-7 others intercepted the informant while he was returning to his house on bicycle from Dharhara chowk and looted Rs.48,000/-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.77224 of 2019(3) dt.23-06-2020 2/2 from his possession, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail. The application is rejected.
