Petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Banka (Barahat) P.S.Case No. 194 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 409, 467, 468, 471, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation as per FIR is that one Anant Kumar Pandit got forged appointment on compassionate ground and he continued to work till March, 2008 and later on found his appointment as forged and directed to lodge case against him and also against the Headmistress (petitioner) who has made payment to the said Anant Kumar Pandit Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that she has no knowledge about his appointment as forged. Further
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48998 of 2018 (2) dt.25-08-2018 2/2 submission is that petitioner has deposited Rs.1,43,086/- which has been paid to the said Sri Pandit by way of salary, which will appear from paragraph-17 of the petition.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of her arrest or surrender, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka, in connection with Banka (Barahat) P.S.Case No. 194 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. and further condition is that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
