Petitioner, apprehends her arrest registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 188, 341, 323, 325, 332, 333, 337, 338, 353, 427, 449, 450, 451, 452, 461, 129(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of Damage to Public Property Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is that petitioner along with 166 persons started demonstrating in front of the new police line and damaged the Government property as well as the police vehicle standing there and also ransacked the office of the Dy. S.P. situated in the police line.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.78870 of 2019(3) dt.10-12-2019 2/2 that she is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner. The accusation against the petitioner is general and omnibus. Similarly placed accused have been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 01.10.2019 and 16.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 46950 of 2019 and Cr. Misc. No. 55724 of 2019 respectively.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the present case, let petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on prearrest bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Patna, in connection with Budha Colony P.S. Case No. 435 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
