2. The petitioner is in custody since 14.09.2023 in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 253/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147/148/149/341/323/ 353/307/332/337/279/188/504 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are said to have attacked the police party.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 22.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 48208 of 2023.
5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 253/2023.
7. The petitioner is directed to mark his attendance in Jamui P.S. on 1st Sunday and 4th Sunday of every month failure to do so, will result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
