2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chakand P.S. Case No. 118/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. The petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased. There are general and omnibus allegations levelled against her. Her husband and her son who are the co-accused in this case have already been granted regular bail. She is in jail since 30.08.2024.

5. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like
