2. This is the second attempt made on behalf of the petitioner, as earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was turned down by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 70023 of 2024 vide order dated 03.10.2024 considering the materials that the petitioner has allegedly assaulted the elder brother of the informant by means of farsa due to which he sustained serious injury. While negating the prayer for bail of the petitioner, this Court had granted him liberty to renew his prayer for bail after three months or in case the charge is framed, whichever is earlier.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that apart from competition of three months, now the charges have

4. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State opposed the bail application.

5. Regard being had to the submissions made on behalf of the parties and considering the observation made by this Court on the last occasion, coupled with the fact that charges have already been framed, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions JudgeXVI, Gopalganj in connection with Sidhwaliya P.S. Case No. 224 of 2024, subject to the condition that one of the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner with further conditions which are as follows:- (i) The petitioner will cooperate in conclusion of the trial.

(ii) He will remain present on each and every date of trial till disposal of the case.

(iii) He will not try to tamper with the evidence or intimidate the witnesses to delay the disposal of trial. (iv) In the event of default of two consecutive dates
