The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 664 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 364(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that they were involved in kidnapping of informant's father for ransom. Learned counsel for the petitioners refers to the statement of the victim made under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. to suggest that no statement was made to connect the petitioner for the commission of crime. He further submits that the petitioners and the informant's side have certain land dispute and they have filed compromise petition.

No.76174 of 2019(3) dt.06-03-2020 2/2 Considering the fact that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent, the petitioners named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within one month from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Madhepura P.S.
