Petitioner has filed the present application for a direction to the respondents to pay salary for the period the petitioner has worked. There is no dispute that petitioner has not worked. There is also no dispute that petitioner has not committed any fraud or misrepresentation. It appears that there was mistake on the part of the respondents and due to their mistake the petitioner has been offered job. Petitioner has worked and as such he should not suffer.

Patna High Court CWJC No.16720 of 2018(2) dt.11-07-2019 2/2 Under the aforesaid circumstances, the respondents are hereby directed to take appropriate steps for payment of salary for the period the petitioner has admittedly worked. Necessary decision for payment of salary for the period the petitioner has worked by taken by the respondents within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
