The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners would be satisfied if they are permitted to file a representation before the respondent no. 5 regarding their grievances and the respondent no. 5 be directed to dispose off the said representation within a specified time frame. Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioners may file a representation regarding their grievances before the respondent no.
Patna High Court CWJC No.15713 of 2018 (2) dt.12-09-2018 2/2 5 within a period of two weeks and in case such representation is filed, then the same may be considered and disposed off considering the judgment rendered by the Hon'ble Apex Court dated 03.04.2017 passed in Civil Appeal No. 4776-4777 of 2017 and other analogous cases which shall be annexed by the petitioner along with their representation, within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of the said representation by a reasoned and speaking order.
