JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 07-01-2025 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the order dated 19.10.2024, passed by the District Magistrate, Vaishali, in Arms Case No. 7-01/2023, by filing appropriate appeal under Section 18 of the Arms Act, 1959. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 2.

It is needless to state that in case, appropriate appeal is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the appellate authority shall examine the same on merits and pass a reasoned and a speaking order thereon, in accordance with law, forthwith.
