2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ariyari P.S. Case No. 69 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 310(2) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals are said to have looted Rs. 2190 from the informant along with other documents on gun point.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 12.08.2025.

5. The name of the petitioner has come in the self inculpatory statement of the co-accused and he has similar antecedents also.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
