JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 07-01-2025 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to challenge the order dated 21.08.2024 passed by the Presiding Officer, Bihar Hindu Religious Trusts Tribunal, Patna in Case No. 01 of 2022, by filing appropriate appeal under Section 43A (4) of the Bihar

Patna High Court CWJC No.19739 of 2024(2) dt.07-01-2025 2/2 Hindu Religious Trust Act, 1950, however, seeks some protection during the interregnum period. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that status quo existing as on today qua the possession of the petitioners over the houses/land in question shall be maintained for a period of four weeks from today in order to enable them to file appropriate appeal and seek interim order.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
