2. The present appeal has been preferred for the following relief(s):

Being aggrieved by and dissatisfied with the judgment /award dated 08.06.2017, passed by Sri Sujeet Kumar Singh, Learned Additional District Judge-II, cum Motor Vehicle Accident Claim Tribunal,

Patna High Court MA No.922 of 2019(4) dt.17-10-2025 2/2 Naugachhia (here in after referred to as the Tribunal), in Claim Case no. 240 of 12 'Sangita Devi & others v/s Cholamandalam MS General Insurance Company Limited and others' by which compensation has been allowed against the appellant.

3. Mr. Durgesh Kumar Singh has prayed for withdrawal of the petition.

4. Accordingly, the same is dismissed as withdrawn.

5. The statutory amount, if any, has to be returned to the appellant.
