The petition is for modification of the order dated 05.11.2019, passed in Cr. Misc. No.67631 of 2019. The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by order dated 05.11.2019 but in the prayer portion of the bail petition, the petitioner has wrongly typed that the case is pending in the court of 3rd Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in place of 3rd Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Naugachia. Having considered the facts, the petitioner is permitted to make correction in the prayer portion of Cr. Misc. No.67631 of 2019 during the course of the day and accordingly, the order dated 05.11.2019 stands corrected.

Let this order be read as part of order dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81770 of 2019(2) dt.19-12-2019 2/2 05.11.2019, passed in Cr. Misc. No.67631 of 2019. The period of surrender of the petitioner is also extended for four weeks from today.
