Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. This application has been filed seeking modification in the order of this Court dated 13.08.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50319 of 2019, wherein father's name of the petitioner has been typed as 'Ram Binay Yadav' in place of 'Harilal Yadav'. On perusal of the records, I find substance in the contention of the petitioner. Accordingly, the said order dated 13.08.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50319 of 2019, stands modified.

Let father's name of the petitioner in the said order be read as 'Harilal Yadav' in place of 'Ram Binay Yadav'.
