The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No. 240 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 147, 148, 323, 379, 380, 307, 452, 354, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82383 of 2019(2) dt.20-12-2019 2/2 is case and counter case between the parties with injuries on both sides. It is further submitted that the injury report does not indicate any specific injury.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegations, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzuffarpur in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No. 240 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
