JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-01-2020 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Kateya P. S. Case No. 118 of 2019 disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 313, 504/34 of IPC. As per complaint case, there is allegation of assault by Farsa by the petitioner on the head of the informant, causing injury.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is inordinate delay in lodging the complaint case. Moreover, the injury report disclosed that injury is simple in nature.
Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides, considering the above submissions, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.77008 of 2019(2) dt.20-01-2020 2/2 court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-XV, Gopalganj, in connection with Kateya P. S. Case No. 118 of 2019.
