Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act,2016.

90 lt. liquor was recovered from the four wheeler on which the petitioner was also there. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 06.11.2019.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of the charge on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/-(Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Special Case No.9504/2019 arising out of Punpun P.S. Case No.281/2019, subject to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79204 of 2019(2) dt.04-12-2019 2/2 condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
