1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That by this writ application the petitioner prays for issuance of writ or writs in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondent no.5 to hand over the vacant possession of the premises in question to the petitioner, in which the respondent no.5 was inducted as a tenant on the basis of a lease deed dated 19.10.2013, for a period of three years commencing from 19.10.2013 and ending on 18.10.2010, at a monthly rent @ Rs.8,400."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.16068 of 2018(4) dt.11-09-2024 2/2 respondent-State submits by referring to the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondents that the premises in question has stood vacated, hence the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous.

3. Having regard to the fair stand taken by the respondents in the present case, this Court finds that no lis survives for adjudication, hence the present writ petition stands disposed off.
