The grievance of the petitioners is that the

Patna High Court CWJC No.24306 of 2019 dt.06-12-2019 2/2 petitioners being the clerk in different Government High Schools in district Saran at Chapra are getting current pay scale 3050-4500, while they are entitled for pay scale 4000-6000 in the light of order passed in C.W.J.C. No. 17151 of 2018, dated 03.10.2018 and L.P.A. No. 167 of 2016, dated 23.06.2017. 3.

Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that, in the writ petition, petitioners have no where detailed that they had made any representation before the competent authority for redressal of their grievance.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, this writ application is disposed of with direction to the petitioners to file detailed representation before respondent No.3 Regional Deputy Director of Education, Saran at Chapra within three weeks from today, who shall consider the same and pass reasoned order in accordance with law, thereafter, within six weeks. 5.

With the aforesaid observations and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
