JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 08-08-2025 At the outset, the learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 27.03.2019 passed in CWJC No. 5870 of 2019, the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Katihar has already passed a reasoned order contained in Memo dated 10.07.2025. 2.
At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge
Patna High Court MJC No.4818 of 2019(3) dt.08-08-2025 2/2 that part of the aforesaid order contained in Memo dated 10.07.2025, by which the petitioner has been denied the actual benefits and only notional benefits have been granted. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
