After performing Puja, the informant along with his wife and children were taking breakfast at Lusi Mishtan Bhandar and when they came out therefrom, it has been alleged that Saurav Kumar Yadav, Gaurav Kumar Yadav, Dinesh Yadav, Nitish Kumar Yadav, Ankesh Kumar Yadav along with 3-4 persons all being co-villagers began to assault him by fists and slaps. They by saying, that you have become leader tried to lift the informant saying that he will be killed. When his wife came in rescue, she was also assaulted and during course thereof Saurav Kumar Yadav snatched her Sari. Thus, outraged her

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79982 of 2019(3) dt.22-06-2020 2/2 modesty. On protest being raised by the local persons all the accused persons escaped and during course thereof, Nitish Kumar Yadav snatched away chain from his wife's neck, while Ankesh Yadav took away Rs1,000/- .

From the case diary it is evident that dispute arose on account of sitting over motorcycle whereunder both the parties indulged in brawl.

Consequent thereupon, the petitioners, namely, Dinesh Yadav @ Dinesh Kumar Yadav and Saurav Kumar Yadav in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction the learned A.C.J.M.- XIV, Bhagalpur in connection with Antichak P.S. Case No.34 of 2019 in terms of the conditions so laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
