2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Brahmpur P.S. Case No. 151 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 363, 355A of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

3. The petitioner is the brother of the main accused Vikas Patel. The only allegation against the petitioner is that he has told the victim to talk to his brother Vikas Patel. Petitioner is the classmate of the victim and he is in jail since 10.08.2023.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

5. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge if the charge has not already been framed on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional District Judge-VI-cum-Special Judge, POCSO Court, Buxar in connection with Brahmpur P.S. Case No. 151 of 2023.

6. As a condition of this order, the petitioner, after being released on bail is directed to co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally or through his lawyer in the trial Court on each and every date fixed by the trial Court. Non-compliance of the condition will result in cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner.
