The petitioners have filed the present application for grant of pre-arrest bail in connection with Gopalpur (Rangra) P.S. Case No. 404 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the gravity of the offence, the materials collected in course of investigation which suggests the participation of the petitioners in commission of murder of Ranjit Kumar, brother of a witness Sanjit Kumar, whose statement has been recorded in paragraph 35 of the case diary, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail. The application is rejected.
