2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 353 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 427, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation, while the informant was getting constructed the pillar by the labourers in the share of her land, the accused persons started damaging the pillar and in consequence thereof, the informant was abused and assaulted. An ear ring, nose pin and a bag containing Rs. 55000/ were also snatched away in the occurrence.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent. There is no specific
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.391 of 2024(2) dt.24-01-2024 2/2 allegation against him. There is land dispute between parties and the informant side were constructing the piller on the land of the petitioner's side.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 353 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
