2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 261 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3),126(2), 115(2), 303(2), 109(1), 74, 352, 351(2) of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81535 of 2025(2) dt.10-12-2025 2/3 Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

On account of a dispute, as has arisen due to playing of DJ, allegedly the petitioners along with others have brutally assaulted the informant and others by means of Lathi, Danda, Iron rod and Khanti, due to which they sustained injuries. There is further allegation of misbehaving with the informant and other female members.

Learned Advocate for the petitioners submitted that with respect to an occurrence, which took place on 12.05.2025, the present F.I.R. came to be instituted on 08.06.2025 without there being any plausible explanation for delay. Moreover, the allegation and injury sustained by the injured does not corroborate with the injury reports. It is submitted that on account of a trifle, the parties have entered into a free fight, resulting into some unfortunate injury, however, the petitioners undertake that they will fully cooperate in the proceeding of the court and would not indulge in such type of activity in future.
5. On the other hand, learned APP for the State vehemently opposes the bail application and submits that the petitioners have actively participated in the crime.
6. Regard being had to the submissions made on behalf of the parties and taking note of the simple nature of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81535 of 2025(2) dt.10-12-2025 3/3 injuries, coupled with the unexplained delay in lodging of the F.I.R., let the petitioners, named above, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 261 of 2025, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 with the further condition that one of the bailors shall be the own/close relative of the petitioners.
