2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 394 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, three unknown accused persons have looted Rs.18,000/- from the informant and one miscreants opened fire causing injury on the chest of the informant. 4.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and the name of the petitioner has been surfaced on the basis of confessional statement and the petitioner is in custody since 31.03.2023. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court passed in Cr. Misc. Nos.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.276 of 2024(4) dt.03-05-2024 2/2 66814 of 2023 and 9211 of 2024.

Learned APP appearing for the State, opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the fact that co-accused has been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, let the petitioner above named be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-II, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Lalganj P.S Case No. 396 of 2018.
7. The trial Court is directed to conclude the proceeding of framing of charge according to law within a period of 15 (fifteen days) from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. However, it is made clear that if the charge-sheet has not been submitted then the petitioner shall be released on bail on above conditions and he shall be present physically on each and every date before the Trial Court till conclusion of the proceeding of framing of charge.
