JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL ORDER 20-12-2019 The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 29.08.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 54263 of 2019, by which, inter alia, the petitioner was required to surrender and furnish bail bonds within six weeks from the date of communication of the order.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that time for surrender expired on 13.10.2019, but the petitioner could not comply with the order of this Court as he was suffering from dengue fever between 05.10.2019 and 09.11.2019. It has therefore been prayed that the time for surrender of the petitioner may be extended by further four weeks.

3. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and for the reasons stated in the petition, time for surrender and
