2. On 23.11.2023, this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 73281 of 2023 allowed the bail petition of the petitioner. However, in the residential address, the Police Station of the petitioner has been incorporated as Chainpur which should have been Chand.

3. A perusal of the bail petition would show that the petitioner has himself incorporated the Police Station as Chainpur and in that background, the same got typed in the order. However, in the present petition, nowhere it has been stated that it was fault on the part of the learned counsel for the petitioner in incorporating the wrong Police Station.

4. In that background, Cr. Misc. No. 73281 of 2023 is allowed subject to payment of Rs. 2,000/- to District Legal

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23156 of 2024(2) dt.03-05-2024 2/2 Services Authority Kaimur at Bhabua which shall be used exclusively for the purpose of purchase of journals.

5. The Order dated 23.11.2023 is modified.

6. Let the residential address of the petitioner in order dated 23.11.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 73281 of 2023 be read as:- "Javed Ansari @ Jaaved Ansari @ Jawed Ansari, aged about 19 years (male), Son of Munna Ansari, Resident of Village - Lohdan, P.S. - Chand, District - Kaimur at Bhabua."
