2. The present application has been preferred for the following relief(s):

(i) For a direction to authorities amount at the respondents to pay the compensation the rate market to the petitioner of his acquire land i.e. Khata No. 56 Khesara No.102 Acre 55 decimals which has been acquired by the respondent in order to in price the Railway Scheme (Project) under the Dedicated corridor fate Spl. Rail project.

(ii) For quashing the order dated 25.09.2016 passed by circle officer Barun in compensation case no.81/2016-17 by which

Patna High Court CWJC No.19893 of 2018(4) dt.03-11-2025 2/2 claim of owner ship of petitioner with regard to acquired land has been refusal without considering the evidence added by the petitioner.

(iii) For a direction/directions order /orders in favour of the petitioner on the basis of fact and circumstances stated herein after of this case.

3. On 22.08.2025, before the Co-ordinate Bench, there was no appearance.

4. It seems the petitioner has lost interest in the case.
