This writ application has been filed for issuance of writ/order/direction to the respondents to establish the Polling Booth of Aurahi Ekparha Primary Agriculture Credit Society Ltd. Block-Gamhria, District-Madhepura for Aurahi Ekparha PACS Election, 2019 at the Office and Godown of Aurahi

Patna High Court CWJC No.24099 of 2019 dt.04-12-2019 2/2 Ekparha PACS situated at village-Ekparha as per direction of Bihar State Election Authority, Patna issued vide letter no. 869 dated 14.06.2019.

It is submitted on behalf of respondent no. 6/ Election Authority that election has already stand notified vide letter no. 1714 dated 31.10.2019 vide Annexure-3 and 11.12.2019 has been notified for voting of Aurahi Ekparha PACS, BlockGamhria, District- Madhepura. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and in view of the order passed in LPA No. 1028 of 2009, this writ application is disposed of, giving liberty to the petitioner to raise all the points before the competent authority in accordance with law.
