Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Madhepura (Ghailardh) P.S. Case No. 724 of 2019 registered under Sections 188, 406 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner was posted in the Panchayat in question from the year 2013 to 2016. on 19.08.2016 he submitted charge of all the records and cash book to the incumbent vide Annexure-2. Later on vide Annexure-3 he submitted the charge of left over documents also. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Madhepura (Ghailardh) P.S.
