Petitioner is an accused in connection with Chhauradano P.S. Case No. 162 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 304(B) and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case with ulterior motive. It is further submitted that there are general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 09.09.2019. Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State, on

No.76921 of 2019(3) dt.05-03-2020 2/2 perusal of the case diary, submits that due to non-fulfillment of dowry, the petitioner, who is the husband of the deceased, is alleged to have killed the daughter of the informant. Further, post-mortem report reveals that the cause of death due to strangulation. As such, the petitioner is not entitled to the privilege of regular bail.

Having considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to allow the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for grant of regular bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Jagdish/- U T
