The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sahar Circle Excise Case No.43 of 2019 corresponding to Special Case No. 1337 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) and 38(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is recovery of 27 liters of Nepali liquor from the possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and petitioner is in jail custody since 02.10.2019.
