It is submitted by Mr. Sharma, learned counsel for the State that the girl and said boy have been recovered by the police at Ajmer and the boy has been remanded, whereas the girl would be produced before the Civil Court, Vaishali at Hajipur for her statement under section 164 Cr.P.C. Let the 164 Cr.P.C. statement of the girl be recorded by the court below today itself.
