The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Yogapatti (Nawalpur) P. S. Case No. 59 of 2017, registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 354B, 447 and 448 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is of assault to the informant and snatched Rs. 3000/- and golden mangal sutra. At the very outset it has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he was already on bail on bond under the provisions of Section 41 (2) Cr.P.C. and once he has not misused the privilege of bail.

Learned A.P.P. opposed the prayer for bail.

No.49399 of 2018 (2) dt.28-08-2018 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances discussed above, let the petitioner, above named, surrender before the Court below and make prayer for regular bail, which will be considered by the learned court below considering that earlier the petitioner was on police bond before the police, he has not misuse the same and will dispose of the prayer for bail, if possible on same day.

This application is accordingly disposed of on the same date.
