The petitioners seek bail in connection with Nagar P.S. Case No. 484 of 2019 registered for the offences under Sections 304 (B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case in short is that the informant had solemnized her daughter with one Anil Kumar Sharma in the year 2010. It is alleged that after the marriage his daughter went to her sasural where after sometime these petitioners along with other co-accused started torturing his daughter for fulfilment of demand of a four-wheeler. It is further alleged that when her daughter became pregnant these petitioners also tried to destroy her womb child upon which the informant took his daughter to his house where she gave birth to a male child. Thereafter, the informant sent his daughter to her sasural at the assurance of his son-in-law to take care of his daughter and her child, but they

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no.1 is father-in-law and petitioner no. 2 is brother-in-law of the deceased. It has been further stated that the husband of the deceased is already in custody and there is general and omnibus allegation against these petitioners. Petitioners are in custody since 29.07.2019.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Katihar, in connection with Nagar P.S.
