The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 10 of the Bihar Conduct of Examination Act, 1981.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioner has been made accused in this case on the basis of suspicion. No cogent material has come against the petitioner during course of the investigation The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 13.09.2019.
