2. This is the second attempt for bail of the petitioner as earlier such prayer was rejected by order dated 24.04.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 30267 of 2024.
3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 94 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8, 20(b)(ii)(c) of the NDPS Act.
4. As per the prosecution case, 1 Kg 30 grams Charas has been recovered from the pick-up van.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was not found in the pick-up van from which Charas
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.581 of 2025(2) dt.18-01-2025 2/2 was recovered. He further submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case.
6. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, N.D.P.S. Court-2, East Champaran, Motihari/ concerned Court in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 94 of 2024. (Sandeep Kumar, J) P. Kumar U T
