2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Naya Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 163 of 2014 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. The petitioner has participated in indiscriminate firing but none has sustained any injury. The petitioner is in jail since 29.05.2023. The petitioner is an absconder.
4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, after
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84694 of 2023(3) dt.19-03-2024 2/2 framing of charge in charge has not been framed, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Munger in connection with Naya Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 163 of 2014, subject to the condition that the petitioner will co-operate in the trial. The petitioner will be represented through his lawyer or he will appear personally on each and every date of the trial.
6. The petitioner will also mark attendance in Kashim Bazar Police Station, Munger on the first and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) P. Kumar U T
