2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 363 & 366 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The victim girl, in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., has specifically stated that she was in love with this petitioner and as such, she fled away with him and solemnised marriage at Patna. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

4. Learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - I, Ara in connection with Jagdishpur P.S.
