2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that order has been passed but this order is not in accordance with law, wholly erroneous, and amounts to a gross violation of the settled principles of law.

3. Learned Counsel for the State submits that the order dated 08.08.2024 passed by this Court in CWJC No.11790 of 2024 has already been complied with.

4. Since order has been passed by the authority

Patna High Court MJC No.4242 of 2024(3) dt.17-04-2026 2/2 concerned, this M.J.C. petition is hereby dropped with liberty that in case petitioner has any grievance from the said speaking order he has remedy to challenge the same before the appropriate forum.

5. Accordingly, the M.J.C. application stands disposed off.
